Refund policy

Happy is in our name, so we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! We will gladly accept returns on under the following circumstances. We are happy to accept returned new items (unworn / unwashed) for a return within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware the original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping items back to us. If for some reason your product arrived defective or incomplete, please contact us and we'll make it right. 

Online and Retail Store Purchases:

Proof of purchase can be established with a receipt, packing slip or if we can find your transaction in our system.

Full-price items with proof of purchase:

Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit

After 60 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of purchase value

Sale items with proof of purchase:

Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit of actual price paid for item or items

After 30 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of purchase value

Without proof of purchase:

Returns will be accepted and the customer will be issued merchandise credit of last retail value.

Refunds will be processed as soon as they are received and credit will be issued back to you, through the same method you used for the original purchase, within two business days of receipt returned product per the terms above.

Final Sale Items:

All Clearance, Outlet or Final Sale Items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit.
